An ancient Greek gold sceptre found in a tomb in Taranto, Italy. The terminal above consists of a six-lobed fruit of pale green glass set within a nest of carefully veined acanthus leaves. 350-320 BCE, now housed at the British Museum [1293×2500]

The scepter is beautifully detailed. I was lucky enough to spend a day in the British Museum. I think I could spend a week and still not see everything.
