Now we have to feel sorry for him, instead of the guy he punched

I mean…. why did you punch him in the face in the first place? How was that mission relevant?

Waiting for the Oscar movie about how bad US soldiers felt about committing war crimes.

That wrong Intel probably came from the “enhanced interrogation techniques” of the CIA (aka. Torture).

Frankie Boyle nailed it on the head.
American soldiers will come to your country, kill your civilians, then in 20 years make a movie about how it made those soilders feel sad. Corporate Butchers.
I understand that crying on social media for attention is a normal thing these days, but this isn’t the same thing. The guy doesn’t want you to feel sorry for him, he wants you to avoid the same mistakes he made.

We will see lots of movies like this about ICE.

Iran is more of a formidable force than Iraq ever was. This is going to take a while and cost the tax payers dearly. Get out and vote people.

What is it with war on terror era soldiers using the term “bad guy”. I get it and it gets the point across, but it’s a choice as opposed to “enemy combatant” “aiding hostiles” and so on. It’s almost deliberately infantalizing. Was that specific language part of their briefs? Did they not know who they were killing and why day to day so they have to resolve to the lowest common denominator “bad guy”?
Like Jocko, that seal guy, is always talking about how his job was to kill bad guys. It’s… It’s a choice to say it that way. Maybe an unconscious choice, maybe not. And I wonder why.

And dumb ass Americans brag on the army being these big bad asses who makes the world safe when they’re just bullies, they accomplished nothing in Afghanistan according to the boots on ground there.
They were on missions with no clear objective and wasted countless time being in places for no reason and bothering normal everyday people, also for no clear reason,

…yeah I doubt that was “the wrong address” if what he said is true and that he was a journalist, we all know what government hates the most. Information and those who gather it.

I still remember that dumb shit. FUCK THAT. This dumb Trump candy twink can go fuck himself. I will absolutely hit Republicans hard and vote D even if I think the best candidate is R. Even though most R’s are kind of messed in the brain at this point. Fuck Donald Trump. Fuck Donald Trump. I do not need another 20-30 yrs of this bullshit. I’ve live through this Republican BULLSHIT. Fuck them and may they never get power again.

Was in Afghanistan 2012, U.S. paid protection money to a warlord who were using boys as sex slaves. Kid thought of U.S. solders to help save him out of his situation. Don’t interfere was the take on that. After getting out it was on the news on 2015 some kid that was 10 shot up the place near the location where that warlord was and just managed to kills some U.S. soldiers.
My thoughts were they prolly just got tired of getting used and did something about it since no one else would. They labeled that dead kid a terrorist but the reality could be different, who’s to say. Shit’s fucked up all around, now then and it always will be.
