Is it valid for the emergency personal when they get into an accident and the DL shows ‘M’ when their organs actually show that they are biologically female?
I fully respect people that have undergone the transfer from one gender to the other gender, but we have to understand that when a surgical procedure is necessary, it’s life-or-death for a surgeon to know what sex someone is. Knowing someone’s sex can save lifes. Respecting someone’s gender is also important ofcourse, but please consider why it’s specifically the DL that’s affected.

My response:
They say it’s to enforce biological reality (while not actually understanding biology). They say it’s to protect women and girls (while not giving valid evidence it will do so or that women and girls are harmed by trans women). They say it’s about sanctity of the body and its relationship with god (without actually proving trans people are an affront to god’s design). They say it’s not about cruelty or harming some of the most vulnerable (even though that’s exactly what it’s about when you take their other words into account). Finally, they care because it gains them political points and helps them keep their jobs.

Just to be clear trump did not cause this other than being against trans people in general. The Kanas state government passed these laws. If you want this to stop the kanas legislature must change the laws and that means changing those lawmakers along with trump.

The goal is to prevent as many trans & married cis women from voting as they can. Because they know majority vote Democrat. (Maybe because that party isn’t trying to take away their rights?)
