I try not to wish harm on anyone (even if I think they deserve it). But this would be justice for all the evil he has done in his life.
No…he will get away with everything including whatever horrific thing that eventually ushers him into the afterlife. He will have a long, happy life and whatever medical conditions he will suffer will be relatively painless and not impair his life.
Good people get cancer and contract all manner of horrific things. That’s what happens when you’re an overall decent human and try to treat people with kindness. Try not to cheat and hurt people? You will die before your time.
Evil and just an overall piece of shit? You have the best life and live forever.
