A crouching statue of the demon Asmodeus holds a holy water stoup inside the Eglise Mary Magdalene in Rennes-le-Château, France. Commissioned by Abbé Saunière c.1897 and made by Giscard of Toulouse, the devilish figure is linked to legends of hidden treasures and the Knights Templar.[2592×3888]
