I know right now is hard for a lot of people, but I think it would be good for you to disconnect from the Internet for a while. Go take a walk outside if it’s not too cold and your surgery doesnt stop you from strolling. Sometimes we forget that our world is smaller than the world. We cannot fix the world’s problems, but we can improve our individual lives and the lives around us
