    2. This is a good way to show how much of a problem we have right now. Institutions like the FBI and the IRS hold massive amounts of power to fuck up people’s lives, once people start seeing them as an arm of whatever party is in power then you quickly start losing any faith in the government. This is how you lose a 250 year old government.

      And make no mistake, this isn’t a “both sides issue”. Republican voters nominated a criminal to be president and refused to hold him to account for his crimes. Now they’re cheering him on as he destroys any remaining shred of confidence in the government.
