that’ll probably be me as well. Got my first grey at 21, and I’ve gotten increasingly more grey as of late at 28 years of age.

People age in bursts, not a linear progression. Your hair will probably stay at this level for a decade and then suddenly grey further in another burst.

My father had dark hair and when he retired it went silver. You’re looking pretty good man.

I’m 36 and I’ve been greying for years.. I usually get the roots done every 8 weeks or so. I haven’t gotten them done for a while however due to my partner’s redundancy and when I swept my hair back a week or so ago I was dismayed to see that the regrowth was full of greys. Rather depressing; I grew it out for a while a year or so ago and it aged me so damn much, especially as I’ve lost a lot of hair in the past 5-6 years and it looks so thin and sad. I’ve had a rather stressful life in general and life since COVID has been particularly shit, so I suppose it’s not that surprising that my body’s given up. 🙁
From what I can see of your face OP, it suits you well!

I knew a guy who lost most of hair during the time he was 26. Started with a full head, ended with that horseshoe ring and bald on top. It took about eight months.

One of many symtoms of low b12 as I’m finding out now, others being fatigue, nerve issues, and mental fog. If you’re experiencing any of that, it might be worth getting a blood test done.

Dude, I had more hairs turn gray when I was working 80+ hour weeks at a startup in my early 20s than have turned since. Some of my hair might have even gone dark again. Get good sleep and give yourself a exercise and downtime!

I feel some of that pain. But at least it’s rather evenly disbursed. Looks pretty good actually.
I have as much white hair but mine is both concentrated and yet randomly and unevenly distributed around the side. like I have two different sized, out of focus Dalmatians drawn above my ears.

You say ‘greyed’, I say ‘distinguished’.

Yep, I always ask… Work or kids? 😂
