Oh boy. I’m not saying the original meme was funny, but the reason it’s a joke is SPECIFICALLY because that isn’t the right word. It’s the exact same as the Americans say “Lightswitch” and the British call it a “Flippy Colliwonker” (that’s not what it’s called in British English, but that’s also the point)
