It’s easy this guy and people like him have no grasp of cause and effect. And even if they have some inkling, their tribal loyalty (wanting to be with the winning team or the in crowd, not wanting to seem stupid for having voted for the rapist) out-weighs their sense of compassion for people that aren’t them. I’m sure if this dude was on a bread line somewhere victim of trump economic policies, he would think differently.
I know that because you see that all the time, farmers are for trump until it hurts them, factory workers are for trump until it hurts them. Latino’s are for trump until it hurts them.

It’s funny that they wax lyrical about how the last four years was “economic destruction,” yet if they’d look, they’d see that things were better by literally every metric. Even the really bad but easy to see metrics of “how much taxes did I pay and how much do things cost me.”
Well, except gas. Gas is 35¢ cheaper. Which totally makes up for the fact that literally everything cost twice as much. I guess.
