Growing up, we went from real SpongeBob TV specials like “Dunces and Dragons” to regular episodes posing as TV specials like “Kenny the Cat”. Idk what socials they’re putting out now.

Nickelodeon did so much promotion over this episode like it was the best thing ever.
I remember watching it when it premiered and I admittedly was disappointed because I thought it was underwhelming with all the hype it was getting.
Still, I much prefer it over the episodes in the later seasons.
