Leg o’ mutton sleeves! I would guess ~1895, give or take a year. [This article](https://historicalsewing.com/sleeve-shifts-of-the-1890s) goes in depth about how ladies’ sleeves changed from year to year in the 1890s – not unlike the fashion trends of today! When I’m trying to date photos from the 1890s, I always check for the ladies’ sleeves first 🙂
