    1. Sometimes works, but usually doesn’t.

This is like the first thing anyone with a brain would try based on how the seams should work, at least I always did.

Sometimes it breaks and sometimes it just flexes or bends.

      Ive seen this before.

The majority of the time this does not work.

It sometimes works but for the most part it doesnt.

There is a whole Curb your Enthusiasm episode that covers this exact topic

    3. Okay so for everyone saying this does not work most of the time…

Does anyone know the actual way you’re supposed to open these things without cutting into it??

      I’d really like to know.

    4. House key. Late 90’s someone taught me to use a house key to open this type of package. I have never used anything else since

    5. Does this actually work on all such packages, or just some, or just this one? I’ve honestly never heard of this myself, but now desperately want to try it.

Or we can be like Japan where everything is easy to open and thoughtfully designed.

Oh right, nevermind, we’re not civilized enough yet.

Yea this doesn’t usually work. I cut my hand really bad one time from trying and almost had stitches lol that plastic can really mess you up

Probably also a great way to get deep cuts in every single finger if the plastic slides even a little bit.

    9. The packaging is probably as strong as the rest of the woolies cookware… So that’s why that works :p

    10. Every time i see this packaging i remember the you know whats bullshit man on that episode of AVGN lol.

    11. I always just bend the plastic back until the scissors pop through. They’re still sharp on the inside of the package.
