Help me gather data for my dissertation

I am a master's student and really need your help here!! I am researching about death reflection and how it's associated to meaning in life and life satisfaction. I really need data for the analysis, as quickly as possible as well. I would really appreciate it if anyone between the ages of 18 to 29 could fill this form for me. It's pretty short and should take maximum 10 minutes of your day.
