I still don’t fully know what it is. Guessing a sports event? But not sure which sport haha

    2. That was yesterday actually

Edit : lmfao being downvoted cuz I pointed out that the meme is a day old is bonkers

      Dang it bot city

    3. Oh, is that the small hand egg sports championship only watched in the US?

      Adorable little thing isn’t it?

      /s

    4. Look I get it, even as an American I have zero interest in the Superbowl or sports in general honestly. But there are a surprising amount of people outside the US that watch it every year whether they understand the game or not. Just to have some late weekend entertainment even if it’s only for the halftime show. Its a world spectacle in a sense just like any other sports championship event in another nation.

    5. It’s like rugby, but with extensive breaks. Most of the time it’s like a boardgame made of meatheads.

    6. Do you mean that; “big ass commercial with some weirdly named sport activity in between? Where all these self proclaimed importance attention seeking rich folk show up?”

    7. Everyone pretends to not know it. But the reverse is funny too, because Americans honestly have no idea about the rest of the world’s sports.

    8. Americans when there’s a 10 second ad on YouTube:
      🤬🤮💩

Americans when there are ads for 1 hour in Superbowl:
      🤩🥰👍

Euro reddiors coming onto a site with like half the population being Americans alone and whining about how Americans are discussing American topics will never not be funny.

    10. Mariuszgamer2007 on

YouTube be shoving unskippable 20 second ads about the super bowl thing that I don’t give a crap about

    11. It’s not just non Americans. I didn’t watch it and will have to explain that then hear about it 1000 times at work today

    12. I can’t believe that Americans are talking about American things on their American website that I visit as a foreigner who is not American so I will constantly talk about how upset I am about American subjects and politics on an American forum created in America and based in America with a majority American userbase.

People wouldn’t do this in any other country.

    13. You guys obviously have never had a Super Bowl, it’s where u grab all the American “culture food” like hotdogs, burgers, meatloaf (extra dry no salt), and even corn bread and ya mush it into said bowl then you race “real Americans” to the bottom. First finished is the winner of said Super Bowl.

    14. Man why not. I am happy when it’s Superbowl time, we get to see a nice halftime show. You don’t have to watch the playing part, I don’t even know what teams were playing, but I enjoyed bad bunny and green day

    15. American based company.

      American based website.

      Mostly American users.

“Why are there so many Americans here?!” Seriously, what’s next? Gonna complain about too many Chinese people on RedNote?

    16. A lot of Americans feel this way too. It’s gotta be one of the most over-hyped events ever.
