Turns out Melania is actually a genius, 180+ IQ. Sadly she was born with a birth defect. Her brain formed in a way that prevents much of its inner connectivity from functioning the way it should. There is a simple solution to her issue though, a steady pressure applied to the back of her throat resolves the problem. Sadly she has been unable to make use of her intelligence since she met Donald Trump.
