I remember reading articles about how frustrated her staff was because she was regularly **over**prepared and had a tendency to ask a lot of questions about what she was being briefed on which meant the staff had to really know their stuff.
And instead, we got a guy who regularly skips daily briefings and sleeps through the ones he does attend, and expects nothing but adulation.

Kamala had impressive experience for sure but I think this title is reserved for Hillary. I know she was controversial, but she’s a principled policy wonk, she served as First Lady on both the state and national level, an influential senator who got shit done and was highly respected internationally as Secretary of State.
