I am not built for the fine dining experience. I need that seasoned diner meat flipped with the pleasure/pain mix of a person trying to do their very best in life and knowing that the one moment of some random stranger biting into their masterpiece and making that “oh, this is good” face helps keep them on the side of the angels type of experience.
