    1. half of current Formula 1 racers live in Monaco, so there’s that too. no income, wealth or capital gain taxes.

    2. That’s called tax avoidance, reducing the legal amount of tax you have to pay. Tax evasion is not paying taxes you are obliged to pay

in switzerland its not exactly tax evasion. if you arent registered there then you pay 7x your annual rent as tax. this low if you are very rich but youtubers arent that rich usually.

if you ard registered then you pay taxes like everyone else and its progressive. 200k income you will pay 25-35%

    4. I don’t think that moving to a country that had no taxes counts as tax evasion

Tax evasion is a crime for not paying the taxes that you have to pay

And if there aren’t any taxes to pay, then you can’t commit tax evasion

We’re living in a free world, where everybody is free to live wherever you want, the borders are opened

    5. I mean… Many people spread hate to the government (in almost all countries).

But when someone evades taxes that are barely translated into better services, they lose their minds.

Perhaps the funny thing about tax evasion is that the more money people have, the more prevalent it is. In high places, legal loopholes and better justifications are created for that.

But for you, poor bastard who can’t afford a consultant/administrator, there’s no choice but to take the hit.

    6. In Spain there was a public outcry when lots of big YouTubers moved to Andorra to avoid taxes.

To a certain point I understand why they did it, because youtubing ain’t a real job for the taxman in Spain so they taxed them the maximum possible.

Basically half of their income was gone in taxes, I wonder how the taxes part goes in other countries for all this YouTubers and influencers
