The ancient Egyptian gold ring of Horemheb with movable bezel, c. 1319-1292 BCE, now housed at the Louvre Museum. Upon its surface, hieroglyphs elegantly proclaim Horemheb’s coronation name, accompanied by depictions of a scorpion, a crocodile, and a lion [1105×1751]

With the images carved out and the ability to move it, was this a signet ring of a sort, with the different sides representing different things, say, the man himself and different parts of Egypt?
“housed at the Louvre Museum”.
