So now ICE is literally obstructing justice by deporting suspects (or at minimum, witnesses) in ongoing criminal investigations. They’re breaking state law and should be arrested and prosecuted.

Or he had enough money from the heist to purchase his escape.

This isn’t even the first time the morons at ICE have tried doing this.
The Belarussian woman in this story was extradited to the US to face charges of smuggling. ICE promptly tried to deport her to Belorussia, where she would have walked free.

It wasn’t an accident. They knew who he was and he exercised his right to summary deportation.

Will there be copycat crimes? Commit the crime then self deport.

Yesterday we were talking about the three Natives whom ICE abducted while searching for an Ecuadorian man and someone corrected me saying there were four abducted but they let one go. I then made a joke saying how the man they let go was probably the Ecuadorian they were looking for. Then they do this. It’s like we’re living in some kind of parody.

From what I hear about this case likely it will collapse & the other suspects will go free too.

I hadn’t heard this story, so I looked it up. I can’t say I expected to find an article on Fox News.
