OP, this is fascinating. Are you able to explain why we think its two men? I appreciate that it may be that, but it seems nowhere near clear enough to be certain. There’s a tail, but there are neither breasts or pensises. I’m not even sure its two people, rather than two sketches

No matter how hard I look at it, I can’t see what they claim. It looks more to me like a picture of a bull with scribbles over it. I don’t see any humanoid figure at all.
