The hilarious part about the “maximum damage” line is that 9mm rounds are literally the only round body armor will reliably stop. A 9mm handgun is the absolute worst weapon you could choose to use if you wanted to kill people wearing body armor.

I’m a gun owner and support the second amendment. That said, a byproduct of what ICE is doing right now is thoroughly disproving the myth of “the only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun”. And just to be crystal clear about this: ICE are the bad guys. Fucking scum.
