      I have been rating my overall mental state on a scale of 1-5 3x/day and also tracking habits and behaviours to show me how my wellness reacts to my behaviours and to the passing of time.

      • The tool used to generate the visual (Tool)

      The app is called daylio and it has really excellent insights that have helped me pinpoint all kinds of things affecting my overall wellness like exposure to people or content or foods and how i feel in the related and following entries. My fav is that it tells me how my medication correlates to my mood so I know right away if my SSRIs are working for me because of the impact on mood %age. My new ones are working
