Almost as effective as “I do not give Facebook or any entities associated with Facebook permission to use my pictures, information, or posts, both past and future.”

    2. Like they’re going let something like private property stop them. Who’s gonna stop them ? 😡

    3. More of this! Maga spent years saying private business can’t be directed by the government (ie masks)… So….

    4. If they trespass on private property, isnt that a felony? Pretty sure use of lethal force is permitted by law JB order to stop violence/ felonies… if that fails set booby traps and act surprised

Well they put up a sign in due ICE will just go home now. This is almost as good as “gun free zone”. Just virtue signalling nonsense.

    6. You have the right to trespass anyone from your private property no doubt. However, immigration enforcement is not just a civil matter and the officers tasked with its enforcement are congresionally recognized LEOs.

      U.S. Code Title 8 § 1325

“Any alien who (1) enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers, or (2) eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers, or (3) attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact, shall, for the first commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than 6 months, or both, and, for a subsequent commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18, or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.”

It’s a federal crime to enter the country illegally (with additional civil penalties imposed).

Additionally, law enforcement have the ability to enter on to the curtilage of premises when they have reasonable suspicion that a crime has occurred, or in pursuit of someone thereof. So, while this sign is a nice gesture for LEOs loitering, unfortunately thats kind of all it is when it comes down to enforcement.

It isn’t civil. Violating immigration law is a criminal offense, not a civil wrong.
