Go to your local pharmacy or order online a lotion with a high concentration of vitamin E. It will help speed up the healing process alot. I use colonial dames 50,000 iu cream.
Edit: The brand is called “colonial dames” no I didn’t make a typo for colloidal. It was founded by a women in the 1800s

Is that rash itchy? I got eczema after washing a bunch of dishes in hot soapy water once. It came back if I used too much antibacterial soap. Topical steroid cream helped a lot.
