The key is not to work for trash employers kiddos. When my kid was born I got a month off work as the father. As a mother I would’ve gotten 3 months off. Remember to look at more than just dollar amounts when job hunting, ask about the benefits. In my mind asking about benefits means you’re looking at the long haul and not just planning on being there for a month.
