I think Maduro will be pardoned by Trump. After all, president Donald Trump pardoned Juan Orlando Hernández, the former president of Honduras, on Dec. 1, claiming without evidence that his prosecution had been a “setup” by the Biden administration and that Hernández was targeted because he was president of a country where drug cartels operated.
“If somebody sells drugs in that country, that doesn’t mean you arrest the president and put him in jail for the rest of his life,” Trump said in explaining the pardon.

Hey now, the US Government is just trying to establish if they don’t believe the results of an election, it doesn’t matter what evidence they present in a court of law, they can just do what they want and declare the winner.
There’s no way that can go wrong for every election ever.
