My grandparents used to own this very old house that my great great grandfather built, and they rented out a small area of the basement to this elderly alcoholic woman who is very kind and nice; she used to tell us that on rainy days she would see spirits walking around the property, And later I thought that these were the spirits of Jack Daniels, Jim Beam, an old Grand Dad, lol!
