That’s not grass, that’s either clover or oxalis, likely the latter. They are sour/bitter if you wanna taste test. Grass is easier to manage but clover/oxalis feel better than having a lawn. Lawns suck, plant clovers and flowers and any random thing native to your area. If you have an HOA then I’m sorry your outside probably has to suck.
