Thank you for sending me down a rabbit hole of Djer-Kiss ads! Their Art Nouveau ads could not possibly be more stunning! “Fairy Aid to Beauty” could not **be** more accurate✨

In the ten-ish years worth of ads that I looked through, there wasn’t a single description of what the perfume actually smelled like. “It’s French” seemed to be all that the readers of Woman’s Home Companion needed lol. In case anyone else is curious, it was a Floral Oriental scent. The top note was lemon; the middle notes were honeysuckle, jasmine, and spices; and the base notes were amber, vanilla, vetiver, and wood.
