    1. Nowadays she would be able to afford a car because of onlyfans. Thank god we’re out of the dark ages.

I don’t think things were safer back then but it sure seems like people were more trusting.

    3. I dislike our current state of reality, where just noticing an odd thing, like the third boot, can make a cool image immediately seem… *artificial*.

    4. Mmmmm. I would’ve loved to have picked her up, and drop her off at her destination nice and safely

ATTN NH RESIDENTS: Is this the bridge connecting Seabrook and Hampton Beach? It sure looks like it to me!

She had a good heart and her smile could light up a room. Her family just wants closure.

I’ll admit, I have picked up a few hitch hikers, men and women back in the day. But I would never do it now a days.

I’m reddit old and I remember when hitch hiking was an accepted form of transportation. It could be considered rude not to pick someone up at times. I remember seeing college kids hitching home after class. People could hitch hike to work because it was so accepted and reliable. Kind of crazy thinking back to all the different “strangers” I sat next to as a kid.

Hair says 80s. Shirt could be 80s too.

Shorts say mid to late 90s or even into the 200s.

Boots say early to mid 70s.

      Purse says late 60s.

      This is a mess.

    11. During 1990s and 2000s I was still traveling by hitchike around Europe. Also, every summer catch some truck driver to go to Adriatic coast. Sometimes with friend, sometimes alone. Miss that culture, really.
