If you have insurance go to the dentist! If not you can try whitening strips with [hydrogen peroxide](https://www.amazon.com/GNAW-LABS-Teeth-Whitening-Strips/dp/B0FJ2TXXKL) this is what all of the dentists use! Hope this helps
Use a good whitening toothpaste (boka) or strips from any local CVS
Start flossing and stop drinking coffee
Charcoal or baking powder is free and usually in everyone’s house. Brushing harder can make them whiter I have heard from my friends
