A federal officer is anyone on Supreme Court, Executive or Legislative branch. Alito’s not worried about the safety of a few lowlife ICE agents. He’s worried about receiving the same fate that the ruling class did during the French Revolution

I’ve been in downtown DC since the guard got sent there, you know what they’re doing? Standing around in metro stations looking bored. They are definitely not an extra layer of armed guards for the immigration Nazis carrying out their raids.
