Nah. If it was between someone who got a degree from the “university” of “but Jesus” and someone who got a degree from a different accredited school, they’d keep looking for a job or be getting a 6-month contractor position at entry level pay.

When the institution shows it doesn’t value actual education or holding people up to the standards of the real world? That’s not discrimination, that’s wanting quality employees.
