It’s probably fair to call any game console that can’t do HD are automatically retro, so unfortunately the Wii is retro. Probably fair to also include its contemporaries so 360 and PS3 are also retro era because they were released in an era where most TVs weren’t HD
It’s really hard to imagine the XBOX One ever being truly retro though. It’s specs are still in line with modern budget PCs
