That means cancelling it without a replacement, then talk endlessly and fruitlessly about “new” “reform” plans, getting nowhere. So healthcare is affordable only for those with employer subsidies, the poor don’t have insurance, and the insured are denied coverage for pre-existing conditions. So the insurance companies profit by collecting premiums and denying coverage.
