Reiner adopted Penny's daughter, Tracy Reiner, whom she had with her first husband, Michael Henry. Reiner and Marshall ended their relationship in 1981 but remained close friends, co-parenting Tracy.
They seemed like a perfect match. Two very funny showbiz kids that broke out on their own and later became even more successful behind the camera. Shame they did not stay together.
