    1. What game are those raquets/paddles for? One child is also holding a ball, so maybe a tennis-like game? Was there a variant or precursor native to the Irish?

    2. Children and their inability to hold perfectly still always give them such an unsettling look in old photos. Their heads always end up drifting to odd angles b/c they’re overly focused on staring where they’ve been told to look.

      Imagine in 100 years when people look at us and say “Wow they look OLD”. 

      Aside from processed food, we do take MUCH better care of our bodies. 

      But plastic surgery is gonna be insane in 100 years. Everyone will look 18 forever in 2125.

      Heck, even men balding is getting uncommon because everyone has hair transplants now.
