    1. Nature’s way of reminding us bananas don’t expire, they just evolve into mysterious gym bag artifacts.

    2. Ha. I once forgot a banana in a backpack for nearly a year. When I finally found it while unpacking on vacation I had absolutely no idea what it was. It looked like a dehydrated chicken leg.

    3. Impressively sanitary and climate controlled gym bag. That thing probably has so little water left you couldn’t make it mold if you wanted to.

    4. So, the whole time you weren’t curious, like “What’s that banana smell?”

I once left an apple in a ziploc bag in my desk at school… it became a silvery liquid. Kinda cool, but gross.

    6. We need a healthy banana to show scale of the dehydrated banana. I don’t make that rule. It’s just a rule.

    7. Dang anytime I forgot a banana in my bag it smashed everywhere and penetrated the material extensively. I did this enough times that I got a banana travel case as a Christmas present once. I coincidentally switched to other fruits shortly after I finally had a good solution for banana travel.
