It wasn’t us! It was some low-level Antifa seaman who insisted on firing that missile not once but twice even as the Secretary was valiantly attempting to stop him. When the president found out what had transpired, he became outraged because he knew that he took a sacred oath to support and defend the Constitution, and that would never allow such behavior to go unpunished. The President and the Secretary are insistent that the semen be tried in a secret military tribunal and that the guilty party be sent to prison for the rest of his life and held incommunicado. 🤬
