Saying it does not make it so. They are smugglers delivering a product not terrorists. All of boats sunk weren’t even headed to the US. They easily could have been intercepted and the crews arrested, but for what, I doubt they could prove the destination of the drugs was the US. So they’re not breaking US law. Maybe they’re breaking Venezuelan law.
