Everybody, even the guilty, needs a good lawyer for our justice system to function. Using the same lawyer as a bad/guilty person isn’t an indication of guilt or musconduct.
And taking a picture with someone isn’t proof that you knew of their crimes. Several people I used to hang out with were convicted of serious crimes, and I had no idea until some time after they were caught.
Pending means no…. we have innocent until proven guilty in this country. The Duke Lacrosse team is a good example of why.
