The smallest man in the country right now, who is arguably the most embarrassing man to ever disgrace the Pentagon, is going out of his way to smear a decorated Navy Veteran Astronaut Senator for *checks notes* reminding other soldiers of their oath. Got it.

I saw plenty of good order and discipline when our drunk bum Secretary of War addressed the leadership of the armed forces. Not one of them reacted at all to his “speech.” No one clapped or smiled or reacted in any way. The didn’t even laugh at this fool.

A Navy Captain is an 0-6 rank, compared to Hegseth’s O-4. If they served together “Major” Hegseth would be saluting Captain Kelly.
Kelly is a man with an unblemished service record chosen to be an astronaut. Do you know how hard that selection process is? A shitload of pilots join just to try to become one. He managed it. They didn’t say the current regime is giving “unlawful” orders, they reminded that all service members are duty bound not to follow unlawful orders.
If the regime is afraid they are doing unlawful orders, then this is a way to try to quiet the reporters of said orders.
