Can TPS be terminated for a community in just one state? Somalis in Ohio, where lives another sizable diaspora, are ok because their governor is a Republican?

Is the fraudulent money activity proven from a legal point of view or is he throwing around accusations without backing and is abusing his power again?

Is that even legal to specify TPS for a certain ethnic group, residing in only 1 state is terminated (revoked)?! Seems that it would have to be all of a specific group for reasons that legitimately include every member in the group. Certainly not every Somali immigrant with TPS is a criminal, not even every Somali in Minnesota.
