      Oh, do I not miss the long hours of working in restaurants… but sometimes I do miss the camaraderie that comes with it and all of the good yummy food

      Guga would sous vide them bad boys in lime Flavoraid then sear them with salt and pepper and nothing else. Let’s do it…..

      I want mine wrapped in bacon, served medium/medium rare (some pink but not bloody). Served with sauteed onions and mushrooms.
      If you can’t give me wrapped in bacon, please season with a little bit of Garlic powder, Salt and pepper. Nothing else all fancy.

      Damn, now I want a good steak.
