Gotta check your gait for sure, inserts might help.

You roll your left foot out from heel to toe on the outside of your foot. Were you in marching band? Lots of people who had to march walk like that.
PowderPills on
Do you have like centaur feet? Or walk with a left leaning gait?
ninjoid on
You need to see a podiatrist.
TheUpgrayed on
That’s bad supination on the left. Maybe an old injury? Any-fucking-ways, yeah go to a REAL shoe store that can scan your feet and give you an insert. That’s at the least, if there is any pain talk to a doctor about it. I sold shoes for a couple years, not like Foot Locker, my boss was a podiatrist. Birks are pretty good/healthy for your feet, so that’s a positive.

See an orthopedic specialist for proper treatment, which may include corrective footwear. If you don’t, when you get older, it will really suck. Oh! yes, it is mildly interesting.

That’s almost certainly affecting your hip.

Mine look like that too. I’ve been told I walk like a, “metrosexual ape”

Get that addressed. You don’t want peroneal tendon surgery.

You’re in for a world of hurt if you don’t see a doctor!

Winter is a great time to get your birkenstocks repaired at a local cobbler.

Mine did this too. Then I got a hip replacement!

Podiatrist and probably a doctor to figure out why your gait is hitting so hard on your left side. Could be back issues, legs or a number of things.
Never_-Knows-_Best on
You might be overweight, bad posture, or both. You get that when you drag your heel
No I’m not calling you those things, just saying that’s how it happens

Do you have pain in your left knee by chance
Odur29 on
It’s could actually be much more complex, I had this issue where the wear pattern on my right side was like this and it was because of a weak piriformis muscle on my right side from sleeping on that side too much supposedly. This took many years for them to finally be able to figure this out after I complained of pain in my right side for years. almost 3 months of weekly PT and almost daily (at home) exercises to correct it and keep this from relapsing.

Yeah that’s a muscular/skeletal issue. Get it looked at before your hips and spine give out
spinalshock87 on
Neat, a new bodily issue for me to look into.

Left foot pronation, you’re gonna have bad knees and hips if you don’t fix it.

I’m a massage therapist and I gasped. Seek help! That will cause you grief if not addressed

I see ankle, knee and hip problems in your future.

Thankfully this seems to have resulted in you realizing you may need some medical advice on the subject. A picture of my wallet was why I learned sitting on a 3inch thick wallet was giving me back pain
