This is my old man yelling at cloud thing, but food delivery should be done by people working for the restaurant. That way if there’s fuckery they can be held accountable and the billing is more transparent.

Now DoorDash will pay software engineers to create a photo-taking portion of the app that cannot be tampered with but will work like complete ass but just enough to blame the customer and overall reduce rate of returns
