Look at that cop’s chin. I know the chin of someone who is trying not to cry. That kid is a hero in the truest sense of the word, in fact the word hero does that kid a disservice, that’s how much of a phenomenal fellow human that boy is. So much goodness in one so young, he is my hero. I am so sad he was put to the test to show his amazing hero qualities.

As a parent I am so angry that a child needed to do this to protect his classmates in all places, a school. There was a time when the worst that could happen to you in a school was being bullied by the jocks or popular kids.

Honestly, I had to look this up to know which shooting this was (what a sad sentence that was). It was the Marjory Stoneman Douglas HS in Parkland, FL. He’s a great human, and deserves mad respect.
It’s just awful that we have to deal with this. I mean I know we’ve tried absolutely nothing and we’re all out of ideas, but maybe we could ask one of those countries that doesn’t have this happen constantly for advice.
