    1. Trump says he’s now in favor of releasing the files (while still not doing so, even though he could), and that Congress will get “all the files they are legally entitled to.”

In other words, he’s going to hold back and redact files and claim that because there’s an ongoing investigation into Democrats, the DOJ has the right to not hand over everything.

I’d also expect just some simply fraud. Whether it’s shredding documents or altering them. There’s nothing to stop him doing so.

    2. The bill says to release the unclassified files. Trump will classify every single page that mentions him.

    3. There is no way the truth will get out while he is in office. The files will be thoroughly redacted of his name and his friends, and/or held back completely pending a spontaneously launched new “investigation” which will go on for years.

There is no one to hold him accountable. He controls the FBI, DOJ, and the military. The Supreme court, packed with his appointees, seems fine with letting him do whatever he wants.

    4. It’s already been noted on multiple occasions that his name is all throughout it. I expect the files to be released and his name nowhere to be found. Or on a few pages at best.
